Since 2021, we have grown from a small pet-loving business into an online store, showroom and warehouse serving customers across Australia.
Customers can shop with us online, while Melbourne customers can visit our Clayton South showroom to explore selected products in person, shop on-site or collect an online order.

PawPawUp grew from our own everyday life with pets.
We know that choosing a pet product is about more than how it looks. It needs to suit your pet, work well in your home and be worth using every day.
That is why we select our products with comfort, function, quality and value in mind. We also look for thoughtful designs that offer something different from the usual pet store range.

We are a small Melbourne team working from our Clayton South warehouse and showroom.
From selecting new products and preparing orders to helping customers in person, we stay close to the products we sell and the people who use them.
Our goal is simple: to offer products we would feel comfortable bringing into our own homes and using with our own pets.
