Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is PawPawUp (“PawPawUp” or “the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period
The PawPawUp Halloween Lucky Draw 2026 commences at 12:00 am AEDT on 8 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on 31 October 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Only eligible purchases made during the Promotion Period will qualify for entry.
3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of PawPawUp, their immediate family members, and any person directly involved in conducting or determining the winners of the promotion are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, an eligible customer must purchase at least one product included in PawPawUp’s designated Halloween Collection during the Promotion Period.
Eligible purchases may be made:
- online at pawpawup.com.au; or
- in person at the PawPawUp warehouse/showroom at 151 Osborne Avenue, Clayton South VIC 3169.
Entry is automatic for eligible purchases where sufficient customer information is available to identify the entrant and contact them if they win.
No separate entry form, promotional code or additional entry fee is required.
Eligible products are sold at their normal advertised retail prices.
5. Entry Limit
Each eligible customer may receive a maximum of one entry per calendar day, regardless of:
- the number of eligible Halloween products purchased;
- the number of eligible transactions made; or
- whether eligible purchases are split across multiple orders or transactions on the same day.
Multiple qualifying transactions made by the same customer on the same calendar day will collectively count as one entry.
A customer may receive an additional entry by making another eligible purchase on a different calendar day during the Promotion Period.
PawPawUp may use reasonable customer information, including name, email address, phone number and customer profile information, to identify multiple transactions belonging to the same customer.
6. Maximum One Prize Per Customer
Each customer may win a maximum of one prize during the promotion.
If an entry belonging to a customer who has already been selected as a winner is drawn again, that entry will be disregarded and another valid entry will be selected at random.
7. In-Store Entries
Customers making an eligible purchase in store must provide sufficient contact information at checkout for PawPawUp to record the entry and contact the customer if they win.
Customers who do not provide sufficient contact information may not be able to participate in the promotion.
8. Cancelled and Refunded Purchases
An entry will be invalid if the qualifying purchase is cancelled or fully refunded before the prize draw.
If an order is partially refunded but the customer retains at least one eligible Halloween product from the qualifying purchase, the entry will remain valid.
PawPawUp reserves the right to verify the validity of all purchases and entries before conducting the draw.
9. Prizes
There are three prizes available.
Each winner will receive:
- 1 × $200 PawPawUp Gift Card
- 1 × $100 Visa Prepaid Gift Card
The total value of each prize is AUD $300.
The total prize pool is AUD $900.
The PawPawUp Gift Card:
- has a value of AUD $200;
- cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash; and
- is subject to PawPawUp’s applicable gift card terms and Australian consumer laws.
The Visa Prepaid Gift Card:
- has a value of AUD $100;
- is subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the card issuer;
- may be subject to usage, expiry or other conditions imposed by the card issuer; and
- cannot be exchanged by PawPawUp for cash.
PawPawUp is not affiliated with or sponsored by Visa in connection with this promotion.
10. Prize Draw
The prize draw will take place at:
2:00 pm AEDT on Friday, 6 November 2026

All valid entries will be finalised before the draw and assigned a unique entry number.
The winners will be selected electronically at random from all valid entries.
Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
Three different eligible customers will be selected as winners.
Entrants do not need to be present at the draw to be eligible to win.
South Australia requires the draw to take place at the day, time and place stated in the T&Cs, and electronic draws must use a random method. South Australia Government
11. Winner Notification
The three winners will be notified in writing using the email address or other valid contact information associated with their eligible purchase.
PawPawUp will contact the winners on or within two business days after 6 November 2026.
Winners may be required to verify their identity and eligible purchase before the prize is issued.
12. Announcement of Results
The results of the promotion will be announced on 6 November 2026 through PawPawUp’s website and/or official social media channels.
To protect customer privacy, PawPawUp does not intend to publish winners’ full names or personal contact information unless required by applicable law.
The three winning entry numbers and corresponding prize details will be published on PawPawUp’s website for at least seven days following the draw.

13. Prize Delivery
The PawPawUp Gift Card and Visa Prepaid Gift Card will be provided to each verified winner within 28 days of the draw.
The PawPawUp Gift Card may be issued electronically.
The Visa Prepaid Gift Card may be provided electronically or physically, depending on the card purchased by PawPawUp.
Winners will not be required to pay any additional fee to receive their prize.
14. Unclaimed or Invalid Winning Entries
PawPawUp will make reasonable efforts to contact each selected winner.
If a selected winner:
- cannot be identified;
- cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts;
- is found to be ineligible; or
- has entered in breach of these Terms & Conditions,
PawPawUp may conduct a further random draw from the remaining valid entries, subject to applicable laws.
Any replacement winner will be selected using the same random process and notified in writing.
15. Entry Verification
PawPawUp reserves the right to verify:
- the identity of an entrant;
- the validity of an eligible purchase;
- the date of the qualifying purchase; and
- whether multiple entries relate to the same customer.
Entries may be excluded where PawPawUp reasonably determines that they are fraudulent, duplicated contrary to these Terms & Conditions, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
16. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used for purposes including:
- confirming eligible purchases;
- recording and verifying entries;
- identifying duplicate entries;
- conducting the prize draw;
- contacting winners; and
- issuing prizes.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with PawPawUp’s Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.
Participation in this promotion does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive PawPawUp marketing communications.
17. Promotion Changes
If circumstances outside PawPawUp’s reasonable control prevent the promotion from being conducted as planned, PawPawUp may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where permitted by law and subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
PawPawUp will not change the promotion in a way that unfairly disadvantages valid entrants.
18. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PawPawUp is not responsible for entries that are not received or correctly recorded because of technical errors or circumstances outside PawPawUp’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
19. Records
PawPawUp will maintain appropriate records relating to the promotion, including valid entries, the draw process and prize distribution, in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
