3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Parcels sent to Western Australia may take an additional two weeks to be delivered.
We ship to all metro and regional locations within Australia! But sometimes our couriers cannot offer delivery service for more remote areas. At this time we do not deliver internationally. Orders will take between 3 - 5 business days to arrive in most metro areas of major cities, other areas depend on your destination and shipping method.
PawPawUp uses courier services to ship your order and therefore you must enter a valid shipping address. Post Office address, PO Boxes, Parcel Collect, Locked Bags, or Parcel Lockers are unable to be delivered.
4. At what time of day will my order be delivered?
As with most delivery services, our couriers do not have a standard time of the day that goods are delivered. Your order will be delivered on Weekdays only from Monday to Friday and generally only during business hours 8 am-6 pm. To make things easier for you, when you place an order, make sure you give clear instructions on where the package should be left if you are not home, as we give our couriers “authority to leave”. We find that customers prefer this approach for its convenience.
Besides, delivery times may be subject to stock availability and Public Holidays and could be extended. PawPawUp will notify you when your order has been dispatched.
Please be prepared for slight delays to your delivery around Christmas, Easter, and public holidays.
5. Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
If you are not at home when the courier attempts to deliver your order, they will either leave a card at your front door, send you an email, or update the tracking information with instructions on how to either arrange a new delivery time that suits you or collect your parcel from a nearby collection point.
If you do not arrange for redelivery or pick up your parcel from the collection point, and the courier cannot reach you, the parcel may be sent back to us. Should this occur, we will contact you to organize another delivery. Please note that an additional charge of $25 each parcel will apply for this service. This fee includes the courier's charge for returning the parcel to us and the cost of shipping it to you again.
Alternatively, you can choose to receive a refund for the value of your order minus a $20 each parcel fee that we incur for the courier returning the package to us.

6. What are my responsibilities as a customer regarding my parcel delivery?
As a customer, it is your responsibility to monitor your parcel and tracking information closely.
If the tracking information indicates that your parcel has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact us via customer@pawpawup.com.au within 3 business days.
After three business days from the indicated delivered date in the tracking information, any issues related to the non-receipt of the parcel will not be considered our responsibility.
We kindly request customers to diligently track their parcels and promptly inform us in case of any discrepancies. We strive to provide efficient and reliable delivery service, and we appreciate our customer's cooperation in ensuring a smooth delivery process.
Note: It is always recommended to review the tracking information provided and contact the carrier directly for any delivery-related issues, as they may have specific policies and procedures in place. We are committed to providing the best possible service to our customers and will work diligently to resolve any delivery concerns in a timely manner. However, please be aware that after three business days from the delivery date indicated in the tracking information, our ability to assist may be limited. Thank you for your understanding.
If the parcel is sent back to us because it wasn't collected or a redelivery wasn't arranged or invalid address, we'll need to charge a $25/ parcel fee to cover the return and reshipping costs. If you'd rather, we can refund the cost of your order minus the $20/parcel return fee charged by the courier.

Refund Policy
Can I return an order?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Customer@pawpawup.com.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns not caused by quality issues will be shipped at the customer's expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For any change of mind returns, shipping costs and return fee is non-refundable. The cost of shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Great cat litter box. It's great at containing all the cat litter that my cat likes to kick around. The sage colour is lovely. I would have given 5 stars but the door never closed on it perfectly, even when we first set it up, still does the job just fine though. Plus my son likes to play silly bugger's and stick his head in the entry to freak the cat out!
Love it and so does my cat! Closed compartment is perfect so no odour in the house as we live in a small apartment. Only thing is the door doesn’t close properly as small piece broke off very easily
This litter box seemed really promising but I’m not 100% happy. It leaks constantly. Unless your cat aims low and beneath the side walls it leaks… I clean the litter box daily but at least 3-4 times a week its leaks urine. Poor design of gap between the inner tray and box. Walls should also be much much higher… quite costly for a litter box that needs extra attention to keep clean and from smelling….
Only a little guy now - but he loves it! Bit of a cubby playhouse situation at the moment but no accidents and he loves darting in and out. He loves the “verandah” space and is just starting to enjoy “excavating” so it’s wonderful that there is no mess! Have the smaller version (love!) for my adult rescue but I think this little rescue guy is going to be BIG so got the Max. Highly recommended.

Very spacious litter box with a nice deep tray so my kitty can dig away without a care! Kitty took to it immediately - It’s easy to clean and the hook for the litter scoop is a great way to make sure it doesn’t get buried come toilet time. Absolutely worth the purchase and it looks good too!
My cat used this right away and has adjusted super quickly, it has already helped with odours and gives my cat some more privacy. It's so easy to clean and it's cute as well!
My newly adopted teenage cat Odie took to it straight away and the best and unexpected bonus is that he only uses it when he actually needs to go rather than using an open litter tray all. the. time. because he can see it. His toilet has to be in the living room so it doesn’t look offensive, guests don’t even notice it AND there is absolutely no smell. I change it once a day as opposed to previous trays for the reason mentioned above. It’s aesthetically pleasing and highly functional .. I highly recommend this litter tray and as an experienced foster carer of cats I am well positioned to make this declaration 🙏👏🐈
Super cute, very chic looking. Easy to put together and use, our kitten got used to it very quickly, we started by just having the inner tray out, then we moved it into the large igloo without the smaller tunnel attached and with the door open, and over time slowly closed the door so she had to use the hole in the side to get out instead. Once she had started doing that regularly with the door closed we added the tunnel part on and she's been happy with it ever since. Really like the groves in the tunnel, they're great for catching stray litter that sticks to her paws!

Love this litter house. Our two kittens both used it immediately. They also have two open stainless steel litter trays and they alternate between all 3. They love sitting on the top of the house. The front porch and the attachable litter tray lip both catch a lot of litter on the way out. We purchased this so our dogs could not access the litter. Tray size I would say is medium-large. Fits a 4-6kg cat comfortably. The only change I would make is the litter tray be stainless steel so it doesn’t eventually trap odours as it ages, apart from that it’s perfect and I love the colour options!

Love how quickly our order arrives. The kitty litter box is a great size for our chubby cat. She took to it instantly. I can say that it does help with odour control and keeping the litter contained. We had a problem with her kicking it out onto the floor meaning we could constantly be sweeping. Haven't had to do it once since with changed over. We love the product and would buy again. The material and door fit is a little flimsy but isn't a problem at all. Also love the sage green colour. Product is true to image.
I really wanted to love this item as I’ve been hunting for a new litter box with a lid, but I was pretty let down by the one I got. The door and connection points were bent out of shape and as a result the door doesn’t fully close as it should. I had to really finesse the pieces to get them to fit (I followed the instructions exactly and couldn’t get them to fit otherwise!) a minor thing that bothered me as well is all my pieces are dyed a slightly different shade of green, giving it a much cheaper look. The one in the display was a beautiful uniform moss colour and mine is a different shade piece by piece. I love the concept, but for $150 I’m quite disappointed with the quality. Maybe I just got a bad one, but I needed a new litter box for a new kitten and can’t make the drive down to return it for the next few weeks so I’m stuck with it. Pretty let down.

We didnt know whether the cat would use it or not but he is very happy with it. The reason why we bought that sought of cat littler because there are three dogs who love eating the cats poo and some of the kitty littler which l dont think is very good for there insides. It works great the cat has privacy and every body is happy. Its the wright size, which we didnt know if it would be, its a big cat, so thank you very much for inventing something like that.
Our newly arrived 3 months old kitten dolce loves the litter box! It took her 2 days to explore, when I also offer an open litter box. She prefers doing her business in this litter box as it offers more privacy. Thank you so much!
my cat did not like it at all. It's very disappointing to know I have spent this money and I cant use it. I will keep trying over time. It's a sizable investment on the assumption that my cat would use it.
Beautiful design and good quality but unfortunately it only fits for small cats. It is difficult for Ragdolls around 5 kg to turn around inside, making them easily step on their poop. My cats hated it after 2 weeks trying and refused to use it at all. We had to get rid of it in the end. Shame.
Lovely looking cat litter house. The door is a little clunky to open and close, and the finish isn't perfect (the top has some discoloration- possibly from packaging rubbing on it in transit) but it is a much more pleasant object in our bathroom than any previous cat toilet. We are being more mindful to clean it now and experimenting with different litter as the old one would get stinky and the unit doesn't have much ventilation. But otherwise my British Shorthair took to using this immediately and seems quite happy with her new digs. Pun intended.
Looks so attractive - particularly compared to the normal horrible looking kitty litters. I have a very nervous cat so he doesn't like the tunnel so I just removed that part and it works well. Very happy. A

I just moved out of my parents house and got this for my cat to move her my new place. She passed away just before I could move her, so she never got to try it. But it looks great, assembly was not too hard and the service I got from the people at PawPawUp was excellent
The box has much better access for my cats, and I really like the high sides of the litter try itself.
Great for both of my cats. Was worried how they would go with the closed dome and initially had it open for them but they adjusted super fast - way less mess than any other box I’ve owned

Absolutely love the design of the litter box and our new kitten 🐈⬛ used it as soon as she arrived. There was a problem with the door not closing properly and I messaged the company and Emily responded immediately !!! I was so impressed by this as they had actually closed for the holidays. She forwarded a video and the door was fixed in minutes using a hairdryer. I have and will continue to tell all my friends about this company…. Yes … it is not a cheap product to buy but the quality and look of it in my opinion is worth every cent.
